The Blue Iguana is one of the longest-living species of lizard, up to 70 years, and is a national symbol of the Cayman Islands. The largest native land animal on Grand Cayman with a total nose-to-tail length of 5 feet and weighing as much as 30 pounds. Critically endangered, there is an ongoing recovery program on the Cayman Islands.

Navy Pier Seagull

Emilia and I in Chicago for a few days so that she can take one of her Medical Board exams. We spent some time on Navy Pier after we arrived. It had rained earlier on, but cleared up once we made it to the pier from the hotel. Seagull posing nicely for me.

Reflecting Time

At the lake in Scioto Trails Park, this young girl spent time reflecting (literally) on her camping over Memorial Day weekend. A photo I did not take was of the beaver that was swimming around the lake. Lesson learned, always take your camera with you.
